While we assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications for Hajj and Umrah, approval is at the sole discretion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mustaqiim is not liable for any delays, denials, or rejections of visa applications.
2. Travel and Accommodation Disclaimer

Mustaqiim relies on third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies) for the delivery of travel services. While we make every effort to ensure comfort and quality, we do not guarantee:

    Flight schedules or seat allocations

    Hotel star ratings, room conditions, or locations

    Unexpected changes due to overbooking, delays, or cancellations

We are not responsible for losses or inconveniences caused by the actions or failures of these third-party providers.
3. Health and Safety

All pilgrims are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for Hajj or Umrah. Mustaqiim does not accept liability for:

    Personal illness or injury

    Missed rites due to health or personal conditions

    Health risks related to vaccination refusals or exposure to infectious diseases

Mustaqiim is not liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
