Welcome to Mustaqiim Hajj & Umrah. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking with us or interacting with our platforms, you agree to these terms in full. 1. Booking and Registration
Clients must complete the official registration process by submitting accurate personal information, passport details, and any required medical or vaccination documentation.
Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit or full payment, depending on the chosen package.
Late registration may result in additional fees or limited availability.
2. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in accordance with the payment plan provided.
Sonda Savings Plan users are responsible for consistent monthly deposits.
Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances (e.g., visa rejection, medical emergencies) and are subject to administrative fees.
Refunds are not guaranteed once services (visas, flights, accommodations) have been secured.
3. Visa and Travel Documents
Mustaqiim will assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval, as final decisions are made by Saudi authorities.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the validity of their passports (minimum 6 months before expiry).
Any fraudulent documents submitted will lead to automatic cancellation and legal reporting.
4. Health & Safety
Pilgrims are required to be medically fit to travel and perform rites.
Mustaqiim is not liable for health-related issues arising before, during, or after the journey.
Vaccinations and COVID-19 protocols may be required and must be followed.
5. Travel & Accommodation
Packages include round-trip airfare, hotel accommodation, ground transport, and guided services unless otherwise stated.
Hotel ratings (3-star, 4-star, etc.) are based on local standards in Saudi Arabia and may differ from your home country.
Room sharing may apply unless a private room is specifically requested and paid for.
6. Code of Conduct
Pilgrims must behave respectfully and follow Islamic principles during the journey.
Disruptive, abusive, or non-compliant behavior may result in removal from the group without refund.
Clients must attend pre-departure training sessions to understand rites, travel etiquette, and safety procedures.
7. Service Limitations
Mustaqiim is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Flight delays or cancellations
Visa denials
Natural disasters
Changes in Saudi policy or health restrictions
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Mustaqiim?s website, brochures, and training materials is protected and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Privacy
All client data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share personal information with third parties unless necessary for travel processing.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from Mustaqiim?s services will be handled under Ugandan law.
We encourage clients to resolve concerns with our support team before taking legal action.
11. Updates to Terms
Mustaqiim reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website update.
